Basic Free Tech and
Learning Courses
They offer some very old programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access 2016 and I wonder if using them would only confuse someone who's trying to catch up and apply what they've learned to a present day office situation. I found that to be true when using an outdated course book for Word. I'd suggest using other free Office options such as Free Microsoft 365 Online (Word, Excel, PowerPoint online), your local library, senior center or other learning resources along with or instead of accessing these old courses.Â
LearnFree is worth exploring though and I found some present day options under AI Skills & Learning. Some articles of interest are on AI Digitial Skills, Self-Review with ChatGPT, Handling Customer Complaints with AI and more that seem worth trying. I plan to brush up on Core Skills which include basic Math and Grammar since that probably hasn't changed much.
It's worth noting that there are both video, text and a combination of both so if you're in a public place you may opt for text only if you can't connect headphones or earrbuds.
