Other mindfulness classes I've looked into are free, so all this from a reputable source quite the find.
Mind and Body is so important for anyone, but especially for seniors. We need that extra oomph to get going and to keep going. Any chance to join in and keep moving is worth taking. If you can get a discoung at your gym or if you're moving look for someplace that has a gym on site. Walkways and being close to safe spaces to stretch your legs or ride your bike are incredibly helpful. Also look into any pool you can move around in safely and keep an eye out for affordable classes or just moving around the warm water. I use a UW Health facility that has both a lap and therapy pool and the majority of people of very friendly.
