Hello, my name is Jeanna
I'm an older adult on a budget and I need to go back to work. I love tech and hate to see it pass me or anyone else by.
I've put together some links and descriptions to help keep minds boosted and bank accounts balanced. There are a lot of free resources out there and I want to share what I've found so far.

AARP is a great resource for free online learning and workshops. The American Association of Retired Persons website is a bit of a maze, but there's a lot to discover. It has self-paced, on demand and live classes as well as enough tech and productivity software to keep my interest.
I look for free classes first then scan the catalog with a cuppa. It might be worth a membership if you find discounted courses you like but I'm still finding freebies.
These AARP Pages are a good place to start

I'm currently enrolled in Microsoft Excel & Word Basics through MindEdge Learning. I like how easy it is to resume your sessions and how long you have to complete the courses. There's also a handy Index to help navigate lessons. Excel is one of my weak spots and required for almost any office job.
